Holly is a living, breathing example of the way we should all be treating our bodies. She's showing the world how disease and aging can be reversed by making healthy lifestyle choices. Many people's lives have and will continue to be changed because of her. She's also an awesome aunt to my daughter Chelsea. Chels loves and admires her Aunt Holly!!
